Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of the massage/ therapy. We do accept walk-in clients; however, please note that availability may not be available so call us in advance to know about available offers and slots.

Refund Policy

Services, therapy packages, spa memberships, gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Arrival

Reservations Please check in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled massage timings.

Valuables

Reservations We recommend that no jewellery be worn at the Spa during the session. It is recommended to be kept away safely in the client’s bag. Spring Luxury Day Spa and our employees accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the Spa premises. We kindly ask that you check all belongings before leaving the spa.

Professional Spa

Reservations Our trained therapists are here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. For full body massages/ therapy we provide disposable underwear, and your body will be fully covered during the entire session. If a therapist ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to step out and end the session immediately. But the client will be charged for the services scheduled.

Spa-Etiquette

To ensure that clients can enjoy the peaceful sanctuary at Spring Luxury Day Spa, we respectfully request that all clients keep noise to a minimum. Mobiles and electronic devices are not encouraged, please keep them on silent mode, please also avoid holding loud conversations.

Children Policy

All our services are indented for persons 12 years and older; however, Children are permitted at Spring Luxury Day Spa if they are booked for a service and their parents or guardians give consent for the service. For safety reasons, no child under the age of 12 is permitted in the spa unless booked for a service. We do not have facilities to care for children and hope you understand we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also would like to keep a relaxing environment for our clients.

Pregnancy / Medical and Special-Consideration

It is your responsibility to declare any relevant medical conditions, such as; high blood pressure, heart conditions, recent surgery, are pregnant or have any other medical complications to our Spring Luxury Spa Team before the session, you are also advised to consult a doctor before signing up for any services. Kindly inform our Spring Luxury Spa Team of any existing medical conditions or skin conditions. Please note that the Spa or our employee will not take any responsibilities on claims, you do so at our own risk

Smoking & Alcohol

Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the Spa are prohibited. It is also advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol or heavy meals prior to, or after any Spa session.
